Automated Indoors… Smart!

Have you ever reflected on the amount of (de)activation actions you take every single day to simply operate your home? Controlling and defining lights, curtains, shower, sound, doors, music, entertainment and temperature are only a few of the required actions that accompany our daily rituals.

Apparently, if one lives 79 years, one spends 4 years and 6 months eating; 235 days queuing and 115 days laughing. How much time does one spends opening your blinds upon waking up, then turning on the bathroom light, turning on the heated floors, turning on the shower, calibrating the desired water temperature, etc.

While daydreaming as an adult, you must have, at least once, revisited an episode or two of The Jetsons. Their daily life of leisure, assisted by numerous labor-saving devices and automation, is still envious in 2021. What a dream! Yet, many of us, even when having the means, deliberately remain oblivious towards the impact of the exhausting unnecessary hard labor (okay, maybe the usage of the word labor is a bit exaggerated) and continue to live with the remaining inconveniences.

During our design-oriented journey, you will see how technology can seamlessly integrate any interior. This interesting aspect will be presented, in details. This, amongst other subjects, is also what differentiates us from many other blogs and sites of the nature.

And, you already know that we strongly believe in the power of lighting on moods, aesthetics and even health! We are big fans of light therapy and love our “submarine mode. Did you know that red light is amazing at recharging your mitochondria? You can read up on red light therapy on Dave Asprey’s site.

On our journey, we will provide valuable information in order to help you prioritize certain functions over others, define options, structure needs, segment stages of integrations… in order for this integration not to break the bank. We will also present many “over-the-counter” alternatives.

Let’s make our lives easier and better, one button at the time.
